Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for administrative, technical, and managerial roles. Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Manage sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, headhunting). Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative support. Track and report recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within HR. Gradually support other HR functions (employee relations, training, organizational development). Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in administrative and managerial recruitment. Experience in manufacturing/maquiladora environment (highly preferred). Strong experience with competency-based interviewing. Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
