Supply Chain Specialist Oversee transport plan development and maintenance for finished products, ensuring alignment with operational goals, system accuracy, and integration of new destinations. Responsibilities Develop and maintain short‑term transportation plans aligned with objectives, data accuracy, and established processes. Communicate shipment updates, delays, and issues to stakeholders, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and transparency. Analyze transportation performance by monitoring system parameters, resolving exceptions, and identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce disruptions. Manage capacity planning and logistics operations, including transport decisions, stakeholder coordination for new destinations, and support for inbound activities and system accuracy. Qualifications High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or management, or a bachelor’s degree with understanding of supply chain or equivalent, with no prior experience otherwise. Knowledge of SAP, SFDC, or equivalent ERP systems and MS Office Suite. Customer‑focused professional with critical thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem‑solving skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines, resolve escalated issues, and demonstrate forward‑thinking with strong organizational abilities. Strong command of the English language for effective communication. Work Arrangement This is an onsite role requiring a full‑time presence at the company’s facilities at least three days per week.
