Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer journey from initial inquiry through post-sale support. Conduct regular follow-up activities to maintain engagement and uncover emerging customer needs. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues swiftly, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required). Proven experience in inside sales, customer care, or sales operations—ideally within a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Proficient with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Solid organizational and time management abilities. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
