Human Resource Specialist - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Take the lead on Employee Relations for the Consumer Shopper Engagement and Business Support Operations teams. Bring expertise in Mexican Labor Law, investigations, compliance, and workforce lifecycle management. Core Responsibilities Own Employee Relations governance: lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, ethics cases, and conflict resolution. Mitigate labor and compliance risk: ensure adherence to Mexican Labor Law, telework regulations, STPS requirements, internal policies, and audit standards; anticipate and prevent litigation, inspections, or reputational risk. Act as trusted advisor to site leadership: mentor managers on performance management, difficult conversations, workforce decisions, documentation standards, and employee engagement risks. Lead workplace investigations and case management: conduct investigations related to harassment, misconduct, retaliation, ethics breaches, and policy violations to secure defensible outcomes. Support workforce lifecycle: lead onboarding compliance, probationary follow-up, contract administration, performance improvement processes, and offboarding practices. Audit employee climate and attrition drivers: audit turnover, absenteeism, grievance trends, engagement risks and recommend preventive interventions. Maintain audit-ready documentation: keep complete employee files, disciplinary records, and compliance evidence. Coordinate cross-functional risk matters with Legal, Safety, IT, and Compliance partners. Qualifications and Experience Experience in Labor Relations with LFT knowledge and application. Experience working in larger organizations. Ability to build partner relationships across geographies, functions, and organizational levels. Self-directed, works independently and as part of a team. Proven business understanding and acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Encourages collaboration and is independent voice. Experience with project work and tools. Prioritizes multiple priorities and deadlines. Open-minded and dedicated to structured, collaborative solution-finding. Advanced English proficiency.
