Hybrid Cloud Executive Analytics & BI Architect As an Expert – Business Intelligence Architect / Executive Analytics, you will act as the technical owner and architect for executive-facing analytics solutions supporting Hybrid Cloud leadership and partner organizations (Sales, GTM, Finance). This role is critical to executive decision-making. You will independently design, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Power BI dashboards used in weekly operating reviews and high-visibility leadership forums. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, frequently under time pressure and ambiguity, where data accuracy, clarity, and timeliness are essential. In addition to technical ownership, this role serves as a technical leader for AI-enabled analytics, driving practical adoption of Copilot and AI agents in production BI solutions, while mentoring and uplifting other BI developers. Key Responsibilities Executive Analytics Ownership – Own the end-to-end architecture, quality, and availability of executive-facing Power BI dashboards; ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery. Expert Analysis & Judgment – Resolve complex, ambiguous data and performance issues under time pressure; translate executive questions into clear analyses and actionable insights. Architecture & Technical Leadership – Design and evolve scalable BI architectures, semantic models, and data transformations; review SQL and ETL logic and define remediation strategies. AI & Copilot Enablement – Lead the integration of AI-enabled analytics and Copilot capabilities into executive reporting; identify opportunities for AI to enhance insight generation, narratives, and forecasting. Coaching & Team Enablement – Mentor BI developers and analysts, raising technical and analytical standards; support technical reviews and knowledge sharing across a globally distributed team. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with stakeholders across Hybrid Cloud, Sales, Finance, and IT, navigating cross-cultural and cross-regional collaboration effectively. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field; Master’s preferred. 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data architecture roles. Deep experience with Power BI or equivalent enterprise BI platforms supporting senior stakeholders. Strong SQL and data modeling experience. Experience working in global-based delivery models highly valued. Knowledge and Skills Expert-level analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and ability to connect data to decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.
