Be Prepared — What You Bring Minimum of 4 years of experience in writing, communications, or content development — ideally in employee/HR communications, employee experience, or corporate communications Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to clarity, tone, and empathy Experience writing for digital employee channels such as intranets, newsletters, email, and internal social tools Experience translating technical or policy-heavy topics into easy-to-understand, employee-facing content Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, remote environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams) and strong AI fluency; experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, human resources, or a related field Be Successful — Your Path First 30 Days: Get familiar with our tone, style, and People & Places programs. Begin drafting employee news stories for our intranet and Viva Engage. Support key communication campaigns and contribute to in-flight writing projects. Three Months: Own recurring news and storytelling streams for select People & Places functions. Partner with internal stakeholders to build communication plans, launch campaigns, and refine messaging for impact and engagement. Six Months: Operate as a trusted content expert for the team. Proactively identify and develop compelling employee stories while helping scale and streamline internal communications across a growing global workforce.
