Key Responsibilities Application-Based Sales Support Support sales teams and channel partners in project bidding, technical clarification, and solution development . Provide application-oriented product selection based on customer requirements. Participate in customer meetings to support project discussions and improve win rates. Contribute to value-based selling through technical differentiation. Industry Solution Development OEMs Commercial & residential construction Renewable energy (solar, storage, EV charging) Utilities & power distribution Translate customer needs into standardized and scalable solutions . Support industry-focused sales initiatives with technical insights. Work closely with distributors to understand their product mix and market positioning. Identify opportunities for new product introduction and portfolio expansion . Support channel partners through: Product presentations Technical workshops Application training Technical Support & Training Provide day-to-day technical support to: OEM customers Panel builders and contractors Deliver structured product and application training programs . Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during project execution. Voice of Market & Product Feedback Collect and analyze feedback from customers and channel partners regarding: Product performance Application requirements Market needs Provide structured input to headquarters for: Act as a key interface between local market needs and global product teams . Support the introduction of global low-voltage product lines into the Mexican market. Ensure product applications align with local practices and customer expectations. Collaborate internally to support product compliance and certification activities (e.g., NOM, ANCE, UL) when required, without being the primary owner. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. Experience 3–8 years of experience in low-voltage electrical products (e.g., MCB, MCCB, ACB, switchgear, busway). Experience in one or more of the following: Technical sales / solution support Working with distributors or industry customers Technical Skills Solid understanding of low-voltage distribution systems and applications. Ability to translate technical requirements into practical and competitive solutions . Familiarity with standards such as NOM, ANCE, UL, IEC is preferred. Business & Soft Skills Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support revenue growth. Ability to work cross-functional with sales, product, and technical teams. Fast response, problem-solving, and execution capability.
