We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). Mandatory Skills 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with L2 role. Strong in Unix. Strong in writing SQL queries. AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable. Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java. Responsibilities Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis. Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required. Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages. Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms. Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery. Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applications. Work effectively in collaboration with other team members. Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams. Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions.
