Role Overview We are seeking high-caliber Senior Sales Manager with a strong commercial background. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute a strategic account plan for one defined Key Account to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the renewable industry. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and lead generation activities. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experience. 6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our renewable energy solutions. 7. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. 8. Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management. 9. Stay updated on renewable energy policies, regulations, and incentives to leverage them in sales strategies and maximize business opportunities. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 2. 8 years plus sales or account management experience and track record of success is a MUST, renewable technologies experience such as wind etc. is a plus. 3. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. 4. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 5. Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
