About The Role The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the proper introduction of new products, from material qualification to the implementation of process and quality controls. This role has a direct impact on launch stability, operational efficiency, and product quality, ensuring successful start-ups and continuous improvement of suppliers and processes. Key Responsibilities Follow up on new product introductions and raw material qualification. Lead product, process, and supplier changes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Implement and monitor SPC, including calculation and tracking of CPK indices. Manage quality activities under APQP, PPAP, and engineering change methodologies. Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and plant capacity assessments. Develop measurement plans, pre‑production validation, and control plans. Validate measurement systems (MSA / Gage R&R) and production processes.Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams to drive continuous improvement. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI). Manage supplier performance, including scorecards and problem‑solving (8D). Ensure zero production impacts caused by suppliers. Maintain quality controls, traceability, and standards on production lines. Manage quarantine inventory and provide immediate support to production for supplier‑related issues. Requirements We are looking for individuals who are proactive, results‑oriented, and strong leaders with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan) Experience in manufacturing processes (minimum 5 years) Knowledge of IATF 16949 / TS16949 Experience in quality roles (minimum 6 years) Problem‑solving methodologies (8D, A3, PDCA) Root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Ishikawa) Knowledge of statistics and Minitab Advanced English Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Experience with Power BI and dashboard development Experience leading multisite or automation projects Experience in supplier management and development Benefits Benefits above legal requirements Health insurance Professional development and career growth Continuous training programs Our commitment to you Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
