The role As a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor your clients rely on to grow. You'll own a portfolio of high-touch B2B accounts driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive coaching, sharp performance communication, and strategic relationship management. This is a fully remote, high-impact role where your results are visible, your growth is real, and your clients feel it. What you own Portfolio NPS, retention, and churn reduction targets Upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and account expansion Client onboarding activation and milestone completion Campaign performance oversight CPL and MCAC in range Client calls, escalations, and difficult conversations Ticket resolution within SLA and quality standards Driving adoption of Jumpfactor products, courses, and community What you bring 3+ years in account management or client success at a digital agency Proven revenue ownership MRR, ARR, or QRR under management Strong track record on retention, renewals, and churn reduction Digital marketing fluency across SEO, PPC, content, and web Confident communicator you lead calls, not just attend them Comfortable with CRMs, dashboards, ClickUp, or Jira Process-driven with experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments Nice to have Experience with MSP or Managed IT Services clients Demonstrated promotion or expanded scope within a previous role Hands‑on familiarity with SEO concepts and strategy discussions Experience collaborating with SEO, PPC, and content specialists This role is not for you if ...
