Overview EPAM NEORIS is a Digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience helping global companies digitize. The company seeks an SAP S4 Plant Maintenance – Expert Lead. Key Responsibilities Design and manage the entire lifecycle of physical assets in SAP S/4HANA PM, covering installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and decommissioning. Integrate PM with Materials master and other modules such as FI, CO, MM, AA, and external systems using standard APIs, IDocs and event‑based integration. Define and execute test strategies (SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration) and oversee the PM test cycle. Lead migration projects, utilizing tools like Data Migration Cockpit (SMC) and Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit for large‑scale data ingestion. Apply the Simplification Database to anticipate standard process changes and minimize custom code. Own PM integration and extensibility following SAP S/4HANA Clean Core principles, including in‑app and side‑by‑side solutions on SAP BTP. Govern integration of PM with finance, controlling, and other processes, ensuring upgrade‑safe, long‑term maintainable solutions across global S/4HANA landscapes. Required Qualifications Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including key master data: Equipment, Functional Location, PM Assemblies. Experience defining and managing key processes: Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Procurement Integration for non‑stock spare parts, and Document Management. Proficiency in planning requirements for spare parts. Experience with at least two migration projects and tools that bridge legacy to S/4HANA. Strong understanding of data migration tools: SMC, LTMC, staging tables. Experience with S/4HANA Simplification List and Clean Core integration.
