The Quality Director is responsible for leading the organization's quality strategy and driving a culture of continuous improvement across all operations. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations while promoting operational excellence, reducing defects, and enhancing product and process quality. The Quality Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support the company's long-term growth objectives. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering Management, or a related discipline preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Management. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams and quality systems. Experience in manufacturing environments such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, die casting, or related industries. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and customer-specific requirements.
