Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our machining processes within a high-performance manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all machining line activities to meet production schedules and targets. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. Lead, coach, and develop a team of machine operators and technicians to maximize productivity and engagement. Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production records and report key performance metrics to management. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or currently in their final semester of a Bachelor's degree program will also be considered. Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity. Prepare contingency plans for equipment or staffing issues. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Foster engagement and accountability within the team. Resolve conflicts professionally and maintain collaboration. Quickly identify issues, evaluate root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain production flow. Collect and interpret production data to monitor performance, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. Set clear expectations, monitor results, and provide feedback to ensure team and process efficiency. Develop team skills through training and coaching. Proven experience supervising machining or manufacturing operations. Additional Information Location: Santa Catarina HCC2 Facility, Reciente León, MX. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday depending on support requirements for the production line, and availability to support 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Over‑time support on weekends. This position requires working onsite five days a week.
