Job Title: AI Solutions Architect (LLM Systems & AI Implementations) Location: Remote Salary Range: $4,000 – $7,000 USD/month Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, US business hours overlap required (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST) Lead AI solution architecture, client discovery, and implementation planning for AI-driven products and automation systems. This role combines AI consulting, technical solution design, and delivery coordination across multiple client projects. You will translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows, LLM-powered systems, and implementation roadmaps while coordinating developers, managing delivery quality, and ensuring successful launches. This role is ideal for someone with experience in AI consulting, solutions architecture, technical product delivery, or forward-deployed engineering who can operate at both the strategic and execution layers of AI implementation. What You’ll Own Lead client discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical AI implementation plans Design scalable AI workflows, automations, integrations, and LLM-powered systems Coordinate developers and technical teams throughout implementation and launch cycles Review PRDs, technical documentation, timelines, and launch readiness across multiple projects Identify implementation risks, operational gaps, and optimization opportunities proactively Serve as the primary bridge between clients and technical execution teams Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, AI Consulting, Technical Product Management, or Technical Delivery Leadership Strong understanding of LLM workflows, AI systems architecture, automations, and implementation strategy Experience translating business problems into technical execution plans Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams in fast-moving environments Strong systems-thinking, operational problem-solving, and independent execution abilities Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Nice-to-Haves Experience working within AI consultancies, implementation agencies, or startup environments Exposure to RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered products Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Linear, Railway, or Lovable Founder, forward-deployed engineering, or technical consulting background #J-18808-Ljbffr
