Supervise project information meeting quality, cost, manufacturing and shipping expectations regarding the HVAC equipment manufacturing, taking into account customer expectations in quality and delivery time. Acts as the primary point of contact for technical, administrative and logistical issues with customers, other stakeholders and outside project partners. Able to be the company spokesperson for key programs. Review project submittals for completeness at the time of project release. Review Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure it is complete and aligned with the submittal package. Collaborate with the Submittal and Application teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete project information. Utilize major equipment quotes from Applications to specify and procure required components. Update and maintain the BOM, including SKU creation and revisions in coordination with the BOM specialist. Manage and integrate BOMs provided by the Electrical Engineering, refrigeration and controls departments. Create new part numbers and implement BOM revisions resulting from submittal updates or supplier driven component changes. Works with Material Planner to track long-lead components, including order dates, purchase order release and delivery status to maintain project schedules.
