Scope of the Job The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our clients online communities with a strong focus on driving traffic and conversions to their e-commerce platforms and third-party marketplaces. This role sits at the intersection of content, social engagement, and performance, ensuring that community initiatives directly support commercial goals. Working closely with marketing, content, and performance teams, the Social Media Manager will help translate brand presence into measurable marketplace growth through organic engagement, campaigns, and community-led initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow brand communities across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with e-commerce and marketplace growth goals Drive qualified traffic to marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, Shopify, etc.) through content, conversations, and campaigns Plan and publish content that encourages interaction, sharing, and conversion Monitor and respond to community interactions (comments, DMs, reviews) in a timely and brand-aligned manner Identify and activate community advocates, influencers, and micro-creators to amplify reach Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to align campaigns and messaging Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, traffic, conversion contribution) Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity Support product launches and promotional campaigns through community-first initiatives Requirements 3–5 years of experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments) Proven ability to grow and engage online communities with measurable impact on traffic or sales Strong understanding of major social platforms and their role in the customer journey Experience driving traffic to e-commerce platforms or marketplaces (directly or via campaigns/content) Hands‑on experience with social media management tools, particularlyHootsuite Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media analytics platforms and content scheduling tools Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment Proactive, creative, and highly organized Fluent in English and Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
