About Position: HR Manager We are looking for an accomplished HR professional, with an intimate knowledge of the HR function, and a keen understanding of what it takes to effectively partner with business leaders to drive business success through our most important resource – people. The position is hyper‑critical to our mission and will provide the right individual the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. The HR Manager will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico and be responsible for the end‑to‑end HR function for Mexico and Costa Rica. What will you do: By developing a deep understanding of the HR department and corporate business goals, align HR strategies, programs and resources to achieve desired results. Identify development and training needs of the centers and design programs and initiatives to support career growth and opportunities. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Work with Finance and Compensation partners to establish and recommend budgets for job offers, promotions and transfers, bonuses and incentive payouts. Adapt and promote best‑in‑class practices, foster collaboration across sites, ensure smooth implementation of HR solutions and build the overall capacity of the organization. Administer HR operations and ensure smooth employee life cycle. Cultural change by aligning global strategies into regional strategies simultaneously for different countries. Coaching of senior leaders to define country and teams’ strategies. Talent management by creating strategies to retain top talent every year and re‑align talent into suitable new positions after reskilling. Labor relations by acting as legal HR representative and managing employee negotiations and compliance cases. Qualifications 8+ years in an HR Business Partner role, within a high‑growth, fast‑paced tech company, with experience in employee development, employee relations and HR project management. A track record of building partnerships with all levels of employees within a company and a history of implementing successful programs. Proven leadership in driving and executing HR initiatives to achieve business objectives. Experience guiding organizations through periods of substantial growth preferred. Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business and employee needs.
