Operations Assistant (Compliance Team) We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our Compliance Team in daily administrative and operational activities. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or candidates with previous internship or administrative experience who are interested in developing their career in operations, compliance, and back-office support within a global environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating with international teams in both English and Spanish . Key Responsibilities Compliance & Background Screening Order and review background checks through third-party platforms (e.g., HireRight) according to client requirements. Provide daily status updates to internal teams regarding onboarding and screening progress. Follow up with consultants and internal stakeholders to collect missing documentation. Complete and maintain compliance-related records and certification forms. Generate monthly reports from background screening platforms. Onboarding & Document Management Manage and organize incoming requests through the Contracts Inbox. Support onboarding activities and ensure all required documents are completed and properly filed. Generate and update assignment documentation and onboarding records. Upload and maintain supporting documents such as insurance certificates, tax forms, and incorporation documents. Monitor document expiration dates and send notifications when updates are required. Operations Support Assist with task tracking and operational follow-ups across multiple processes. Review operational reports and identify missing information or documentation. Support payrun and vendor information reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with supplier audits and compliance checks by gathering required documentation and confirmations. Requirements & Skills Fully bilingual: English and Spanish . Entry-level role; previous internship, administrative, operations, or support experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote/global teams.
