The function of the IT engineer is to support the IT Manager in the daily work to ensure that every employee is able to work. RESPONSIBLITIES Support employees in both networks, LATelec, on all hardware relevant topics (provide PC, display, power supply, etc.). Setup new PCs for the LATelec network with a LATelec master. Manage and keep track (inventory) of all LATelec hardware. Handle communication with hardware / software suppliers. Create / process / follow access requests. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree Advanced English Experience 5 years in IT technical support Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship.
