Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile. Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing cross–functional teams and driving product success. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana. Ability to analyze product metrics and user feedback. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features. Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) to manage product development. Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes. Engage with clients and sponsors to understand needs and communicate product vision. Apply prioritization techniques to manage backlog and deliver high‑impact features. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations. Lead product launches and coordinate go‑to‑market strategies. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
