Job Description You will lead solutioning in close partnership with Payments Sales and Banking coverage teams, developing tailored deposit and investment solutions that meet clients' operating needs while aligning with the firm's balance sheet objectives. Role Overview As a Deposit Manager within L&AS Mexico, you will help drive deposit strategy, portfolio pricing, and client deposit/investment solutioning for Mexican Corporate and Financial Institution clients. You will balance client outcomes with the firm's balance sheet priorities, optimizing net interest income (NII) while supporting sustainable, long-term client relationships. Job Responsibilities Lead solutioning for operational deposits and investment products for Mexican Corporate and Financial Institution clients; define and configure solutions aligned to client objectives. Act as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to Payments Sales Managers, Bankers, and clients on product mix, pricing, and deposit rates. Own the evaluation of deposit opportunities, including pricing approvals and the associated governance framework. Drive deposit strategy in an evolving rate environment; incorporate firmwide balance sheet objectives to maximize NII. Educate and enable coverage teams on product positioning, pricing philosophy, and relevant interest rate/macro trends. Monitor competitor offerings and broader industry trends; provide feedback to help refine the Liquidity go-to-market approach. Provide market insights and industry presence to support client engagement (e.g., forums, events, thought leadership). Partner with Payments Sales and Banking leadership on key initiatives to maximize portfolio profitability and deepen relationships. Engage with client teams to understand pain points, refine solutions, and communicate actionable feedback to Product to inform the roadmap. Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Deposit Product Management to monitor deposit trends, customer behavior, and market conditions, identifying portfolio opportunities and risks. Plan and lead portfolio pricing adjustments tied to reference rate changes. Partner with Corporate Treasury to optimize entity liquidity metrics and influence transfer pricing mechanisms. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 7+ years of experience in treasury services, liquidity/deposit products, and/or investment management. Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize information and present conclusions clearly and succinctly. Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing stakeholders across internal teams and external clients. Comfortable supporting senior management on high-priority strategic initiatives. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. J.P.
