Responsibilities Sales Execution & Strategy: Help establish and implement programs for sales to surgeons and other OR professionals under direct supervision; contribute to basic project components and conduct simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement. Data & Pipeline Management: Document customer account information, set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline, and proactively drive data‑driven account and HCP targeting using analytics tools. Product & Territory Expertise: Expand knowledge base to become the product expert within the assigned geography; connect surgical procedures with commercialized platforms and communicate them to clients. Client Engagement & Territory Planning: Maintain engagement and communication with clients; define target users and physicians, and plan the territory agenda to effectively influence plans. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience (medical devices sector preferred, but not mandatory); strong interest in building a career in healthcare.
