With operations located in Brazil, Mexico and the US (under construction phase), this cluster represents an important centre of power transformer manufacturing serving not only its local market in Latin America but also playing a key role in exports mainly to North America. Within this role you’ll have the chance to experience and manage growth and expansion projects, lead productivity initiatives and be part of the operational excellence organization ensuring the state‑of‑the‑art performance of our products and processes. How You’ll Make An Impact Coordinate workstreams on expansion projects ensuring the execution on time and on budget. Evaluate and optimize processes and value streams, contributing to the operational excellence level required to a state of the art manufacturing site and helping us establish efficient, modern and scalable workflows across the entire value chain. Create high impact communication and decision material, provide data‑driven recommendations to the management team as well as high‑level exposure to the senior leadership on the organization. What You Bring Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, proactivity and being a curious learner. Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome. A master’s or doctoral degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business Administration. Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working. Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
