This is a role where your expertise makes a visible, lasting impact.## How you'll make an impact* Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.* Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.* Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.* Lead the preparation of financial reports in line with internal policies and standards.* Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.* Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing on business strategies.* Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure decisions.* Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.* Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.## Your background* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.* At least 7 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis roles.* Proven experience providing financial insights to senior management.* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.* Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.* Experience with enterprise resource planning and business intelligence tools.* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.We offer a flexible and inclusive work environment.
