We are looking for an Operations Manager in Last Mile Execution to focus on safety, quality, customer experience and productivity of the operation. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Last Mile Delivery Station in the North Region. Oversee the Under the Roof (UTR) operation focused on direct Amazon order delivery to customers. Set and communicate performance goals, create expectations and objectives to meet customer promise and ensure accuracy and quality. Lead a team of Delivery Station Managers through meetings, training, assigning duties and performance data analysis. Coordinate with AMZL Delivery Station On the Road (OTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools. Provide tactical leadership for strategic initiatives and cross‑functional coordination. Plan and forecast to appraise performance, resolve problems and manage complex projects. Execute cross‑functional projects, gather, manipulate and analyse data, and communicate insights and recommendations. Maintain safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for associates and Delivery Service Providers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Advanced English proficiency at CEFR level B2/C1. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or Lean techniques.
