Recruiter (Business) Department: Human Resources Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time What You'll Be Doing Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice Driving the offer process and closing candidates Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience Being a subject‑matter expert in your specialist market Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods What You'll Need 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience) A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high‑growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross‑functional recruitment efforts Solid organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail High ambition, self‑motivation, and passion about our vision Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Fluency in English Nice to have: Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper‑growth start‑up, and/or fintech Nice to have: Fluency in other languages #J-18808-Ljbffr
