Regional Head of Sales & Marketing - Latin America Location: Atlacomulco, Mexico Travel Requirement: Extensive regional and international travel required Workplace Type: Onsite with regular travel At Stretchline, we are looking for an experienced, commercially driven and relationship-focused sales leader to join our team in Mexico as Regional Head of Sales & Marketing - Latin America. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, this role will lead strategic sales growth across the region, building strong partnerships with brands, vendors and manufacturing partners while identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading brands across intimates, athleisurewear, activewear and beyond, supporting innovative product solutions across a broad and evolving customer base. Purpose of the Role The Regional Head of Sales & Marketing – Latin America is responsible for leading and driving strategic sales for apparel and non-apparel growth across Latin America, including North, Central, and South America. The role will focus on strengthening relationships with brands, vendors, and manufacturing partners, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence. This position requires a commercially driven leader with strong regional market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to travel extensively across the Americas to support customers, partners, and business needs. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Growth Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive revenue growth across existing and new customer accounts. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships throughout Latin America. Support profitable sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, to identify commercial opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, vendors, distributors, and manufacturing partners across the region. Lead key customer discussions, negotiations, and business reviews. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and service excellence. Support customers with product solutions, innovation opportunities, and market insights. Regional Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with global and regional Sales, Product Development, Operations and Supply Chain teams. Coordinate regional sales activities to ensure alignment with current priorities and manufacturing capabilities. Support forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and sales reporting activities. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Commercial & Operational Excellence Support pricing strategies aligned with profitability and market competitiveness. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets across the region. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regional business requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum 8-10 years experience in sales leadership, business development, or regional account management. Strong experience working across Latin American markets. Experience within textiles, apparel, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. The successful candidate must be able to travel frequently throughout North, Central, and South America. A valid visa and/or legal travel documentation allowing unrestricted business travel across the Americas, including regular travel to the United States, is essential. A valid passport with the ability to travel internationally at short notice is required.
