Final Assembly Maintenance Technician Country/Region: MX Location: MX Job Description About the team: The team is responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of manufacturing processes and equipment through continuous monitoring, control, and improvement. It provides daily support to production, maintenance, and process control, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards by proactively identifying and solving problems, tracking critical parameters, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. What you can look forward to as Final Assembly Maintenance Technician: Meet production targets (UPH, OEE, FPY, Scrap) and ensure stable line performance. Validate line startup through proper checklist completion and equipment release. Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions. Stop processes when quality, safety, or out-of-spec conditions are detected. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring PM compliance on time and in full. Diagnose, repair, and document electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment failures. Analyze equipment reliability to improve MTBF and reduce MTTR; track critical parameters. Lead PM activities, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate cross‑functionally to implement process and equipment improvements (KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, TEEP, %PM, OEE, FCP). Your Profile as Final Assembly Maintenance Technician: Mechatronics technician or related field with hands‑on experience in electronics and equipment maintenance. Experience installing and supporting automated and semi‑automated assembly equipment and processes. Strong troubleshooting and decision‑making skills, both mechanical and electronic. Experience with industrial controls: PLCs, sensors, vision systems, and robots. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, electronic diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Solid knowledge of basic mechanics, electricity/electronics, and pneumatics. Proficient with computers and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong analytical skills.
