Title: Sales Developer – Temporal Are you passionate about sales execution and customer development? Join our team as a Sales Developer. You’ll be responsible for supporting key customer accounts such as Más Bodega / Grupo Ibarra, enabling efficient execution of commercial plans while ensuring strong coordination across planning, sales, and operations teams. In this role, you will contribute to both administrative and field activities, supporting sales growth, promotional execution, and customer relationship management. This is a temporary position based in Monterrey, Mexico, for a 6‑month project. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Sales Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with planning and customer traffic teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely execution of sales activities. Customer Data & System Management: Maintain product listings, update pricing in customer portals, and ensure accurate information flow to support commercial operations. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Develop and manage weekly sales tracking reports, identifying progress and opportunities within key accounts. In‑Store Execution Support: Assist in POP material execution, promotional activities, and monitoring of near‑expiry products at points of sale. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Support coordination of meetings with sales force, operations, and KAE teams, including participation in customer events and expos. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree. Experience in sales or customer development, preferably within CPG or related industries. Intermediate Excel skills and ability to manage data and reporting. Knowledge of customer systems and logistics processes (Más Bodega experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and field tasks. Proactive mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Availability to work on‑site/field activities without travel constraints. Location: Monterrey, Mexico. Workplace: Hybrid.
