Sr Customer Services Representative – Rep Parts As a Sr Customer Services Representative, you will be primarily responsible for efficiently processing and following up on inquiries and business transactions to ensure the right products are delivered to the correct customer, in accordance with the sales offer and initial order. Responsibilities Processing orders in SAP, ensuring that price agreements, delivery conditions, and payment terms are correct. Handling discrepancies, claims, delivery issues, and quality problems by issuing internal claims and RMA/Credit/Debit as necessary. Following up on outstanding orders in collaboration with the customer, warehouse, purchasing, and carrier. Providing customer follow-ups by efficiently addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate service. Archiving important correspondence and managing accounts receivable as part of debt recovery. Collecting customer feedback to enhance service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in customer service or a similar role. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
