Positions Preschool Teacher Home Room Teacher 2nd Grade Home Room Teacher Qualifications (Required) 100% Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with students, parents, and staff in both languages. Completed university degree + teaching credential/license Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid teaching credential or license in the relevant subject area and grade level. Inquiry-based, challenge-based, project-based, or IB experience 2+ year working with students as a Homeroom teacher Proven track record of effectively managing a homeroom class. Experience in developing and delivering lesson plans that meet diverse student needs. Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. 1 year working with students as a Team Teacher Collaborative teaching experience, working alongside other teachers to plan and execute lessons. Skills in co-teaching, sharing responsibilities, and contributing to team goals. Experience in participating in professional learning communities.
