Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including preparing, negotiating, and executing agreements for materials and services across assigned manufacturing sites. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and overall capability to meet business needs. Analyze requirements and identify reliable suppliers to ensure continuity of supply. Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and the Center of Excellence (COE). Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Improvement Leaders and internal stakeholders. Manage supplier relationships, oversee contract implementation, and resolve operational issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing. Execute sourcing activities using tools such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP). Lead negotiations to deliver savings aligned with Procurement objectives and business targets. Manage spot buys, urgent requests, and tail spend strategy, ensuring transactional efficiency and supply assurance. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles. Strong English proficiency (written and spoken); other languages a plus. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes. Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to manage multiple priorities, especially in time‑sensitive supply situations. How You’ll Stand Out Experience working with procurement tools, auctions, or strategic sourcing platforms. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus). Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, adaptable attitude.
