In the job as Planner Supply Chain, The Planner, Supply Chain develops and runs reports to supportmanufacturing operations regarding scheduling, safety stock levels, leadtime, production targets and supplyreplenishment. Responsibilities and Essential Enter distribution orders to/from Ambu locations. Determine safety stock levels in manufactured/distributed items to achieve required service levels. Use the monthly forecast to develop the production targets for each work center. Publish a weekly lead-time alert of delivery issues. Updates master data in the M3 system to satisfy needs of manufacturing minimum order quantities, replenishment frequency, and lead-times. Issues manufacturing orders, Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders in the M3 system. Schedules manufacturing orders to meet customer service requirements, given any constraints in manufacturing. Analyze root causes of supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement activities. Become a superuser of Movex ERP. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or another related field Prior experience working with ERP/MRP systems Strong Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing Proficient with Microsoft Office applications desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
