Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform analytical evaluation of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products Execute pass/fail determinations during analytical inspections using defined controls Conduct confirmatory testing for non-conforming analyses Generate analytical documentation and accurately record data in systems and databases Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment Prepare solutions, reagents, and manage laboratory supplies Provide timely and reliable analytical information to internal and external customers Participate in quality alerts, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry, or related fields Experience in quality analysis or production processes (preferred) Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus Basic to intermediate English level Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills Results-oriented mindset with good organizational skills Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night, 6 days on / 2 days off) How You Would Stand Out Experience in food, ingredients, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with quality systems and laboratory standards Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Why Choose Us Opportunity to work in a global leader in food ingredient innovation; hands‑on experience in laboratory and quality control operations; exposure to real manufacturing and quality processes; collaborative and performance‑driven environment; learning and development opportunities; inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
