Overview of the position: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to lead and optimize our digital ecosystem through CRM, data-driven strategies and AI-powered tools. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end digital campaigns, enhancing customer experience across channels, and driving measurable impact in engagement, lead generation and brand growth. Typical tasks: Execute and optimize CRM strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automotive Cloud Manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, automation and push notifications Oversee lead management processes (routing, scoring, deduplication and conversion funnel analysis) Develop and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns, including A/B testing and lifecycle journeys Analyze digital performance using GA4 and generate insights to improve engagement and conversion Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) to support data-driven decision making Manage dealer digital presence, reviews and local SEO performance Monitor customer feedback, sentiment and NPS to enhance CRM strategies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field 5 years or more of experience in digital marketing, CRM or customer engagement roles Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM management Solid experience with Google Analytics and data analysis Advanced knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content and analysis Experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced English
