It is a highly demanded career focused on cutting‑edge technology. Main Profile and Responsibilities Process Automation: Design and implementation of robotic cells for mass production. Advanced Programming: Configuration and programming of industrial robots such as ABB, Yaskawa, and Fanuc. Maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance of automated machinery and robotic arms. AI Integration: Application of machine vision and intelligent systems to improve precision and autonomy. Work Environment and Requirements Industries: Automotive, aerospace, food processing, mining, logistics, and technology services. Positions: Industrial Robotics Engineer, Robotics Engineer. Skills: Knowledge of industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS), advanced English proficiency, and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Scope of Work Design and Integration: Development of robotic cells from scratch, including the selection of robotic arms, end‑of‑arm tooling (grippers/tools), and sensors. Programming and Configuration: Development of robot trajectories and programming based on PLC logic and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI). Programming Languages: Experience is required in the following programming languages for assigned integration projects: KAREL – Fanuc RAPID – ABB Cycle Optimization: Improvement of algorithms and robot movements to reduce cycle times and maximize production throughput. Digital Simulation: Use of specialized software such as RoboGuide or RobotStudio to validate physical reach and collision detection before installation. Technology Migration: Upgrading obsolete manufacturing systems to Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors and machine vision systems. Mechanical Activities: Mechanical tasks are required to ensure automated equipment functionality, including tooling, station assembly, and system integration. Duties and Responsibilities Safety Compliance: Ensure all robotic cells comply with international safety standards such as ISO 10218 and ISO/TS 15066 for collaborative robots, including the installation of physical barriers, light curtains, and emergency stop systems. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain operation manuals, electrical diagrams, pneumatic-hydraulic schematics, and code revision records. Personnel Training: Train plant operators and technicians on the safe operation of robotic systems and troubleshooting procedures.
