Position Summary Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern – Guadalajara, Hybrid Responsibilities Support the development, planning, and execution of internal communications that promote employee engagement and a transparent culture. Assist with administrative support for the Human Resources team, contributing to daily operations and ongoing projects. Maintain and update HR documentation, including local policies, procedures, internal regulations, and employee records. Help coordinate and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal activities. Support the definition and use of communication channels, media, and design tools for internal projects. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent and engaging communication messaging. Qualifications Active student or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree. Educational background in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, MS Stream). Experience or familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
