Within the Quality Assurance team, the role takes care of claims and non-conformities both internal and external from the point of view of root cause analysis and corrective actions. At the same time supports the definition and application of the procedures and improvement of quality for the products laminate, spotted pouches and caps. What you get to do: Support interface with customers for the evaluation of product claims Managing of non-conformities from customers, interacting with different company functions in order to carry on analysis of root causes and corrective actions Managing internal quality claims by carry on necessary tests and investigation. Interacting with operations functions to define root causes and corrective actions Reporting of KPI about quality level Participate to the preparation and the execution of Audits Visits at customers in case of claims Collaborating with Operations Continuous Improvement and Maintenance to implement activities of process and product improvement Collaborating with Product Engineering and Sales to deal with regulatory and certification activities submitted by customers What we value: Right attitude to problem solving Customer-focus: works with internal customers to get necessary information and complete request in a timely manner, communicates openly.
