We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key accounts within the modern trade channel (Chedraui and La Comer), driving profitable growth, strong in-store execution, and long-term client relationships. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Responsibilities Lead commercial relationships with key accounts (Chedraui and La Comer) Define and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable growth Build and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, promotions, assortment, shelf space) Monitor key business KPIs: sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory levels, rotation, fill rate Ensure strong in‑store execution (visibility, promotions, availability) Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance) Identify growth opportunities by region, format, and category Track business performance and propose data‑driven actions What we’re looking for Experience in FMCG / consumer goods Proven experience managing modern trade accounts (ideally Chedraui, La Comer or similar) Solid understanding of commercial KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out, DOH, fill rate, margin) Experience building and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP) Strong analytical and decision‑making skills Results‑oriented mindset with strong execution focus Excellent communication and influencing skills Nice to have!
