Application Support Analyst (Bilingual) – Mexico City, Arcos Bosques. Hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. What´s in it for you Joining the Application Support Team for the Finance Strategic Insights Group, responsible for supporting the Financial Applications used by Marsh FP&A. Managing financial reporting hierarchies and access to Financial Systems. We will count on you to Act as first line product support for the Planning and Reporting Applications and the Salary Planning Capture System (SPCS) Review and triage support items for other applications used by Marsh FP&A Monitor the Ticket Log, ensuring all incidents and requests are addressed within assigned SLA Prepare monthly ticketing reporting, identifying repetitious issues Deliver the daily, monthly and quarterly support activities such as data copies, month end close, forecast close Manage all Data Governance requests and communications, partner with Data Governance team to review and correct issues Work closely within a small team of product support analysts Maintain training documentation and provide training to FP&A colleagues on how to effectively use Financial Systems functionality Maintain existing process documents and templates and create new documentation as required What you need to have Exceptional Excel skills – a must Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience working in a support role – a strong plus Ability to balance participation in special projects with daily deliverables (time management) Excellent documentation skills Ability to work with a global and diverse colleague base across multiple time zones Knowledge of the MMC financial reporting hierarchies – strongly desired Knowledge of how to utilize AI to support FP&A – a plus Specialist knowledge of Oracle Essbase & Planning – strongly desired Knowledge of VBA/Python/Altyrix considered a plus Provide insights and bring “fresh eyes” to our process What makes you stand out Attention to Detail and Independent Work with Collaborative Interest: Meticulous attention to detail, ability to work independently and interest in cross-team collaboration.
