This position will provide support to the Purchasing area in the operational and administrative management of materials, ensuring the correct flow of information, validation of receipts and alignment of parameters in the system, contributing to the efficiency of the supply chain. The Purchasing Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus . What you’ll do: Review of incoming materials. Alignment of purchasing parameters in the system. Data entry and maintenance in the system. Preparation of reports and general summaries. Review and validation of receipts and supporting documentation. Validation of packaging according to project requirements. Support in administrative activities of the purchasing department. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in international business, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Intermediate Excel skills (database management, filters, tables, etc.). Intermediate conversational English. Interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. What you’ll gain exposure to: Procurement processes within a global manufacturing company. Management and tracking of materials in the supply chain. Use of ERP systems and internal tools for purchasing control and data entry. Validation of supplier receipts, supporting documentation, and other documentation. Interaction with multidisciplinary teams (warehouse, logistics, planning, quality). Alignment of purchasing parameters and support for production projects.
