Summary: The Repair Engineer will be a critical member of the Repair Engineering Team, responsible for ensuring the long-term airworthiness and cost-effectiveness of aerospace engines through the development, industrialization, and support of repair solutions. This role involves comprehensive technical analysis, collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and technical documentation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop new repair procedures and define maintenance procedures for aerospace engines hardware. Perform repairability analysis, feasibility, and provide technical substantiation for repair procedures. Create illustrations for repair procedures. Support internal and externals repair needs. Interpret and apply information from CAD drawings/models and other technical documents. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Propose or introduce new spare parts and alternative spare part solutions. Maintain strict confidentiality of restricted information. Required qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering (or a related field). Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) engineering, preferably in an aerospace machinery environment. Proficiency in English communication, oral and written. Proficiency in use of MS Office Suite. Desired expertise: Familiarity with composite materials. Proficiency in GD&T and drawing/model interpretation. Experience with technical document interpretation, including airworthiness standards. Siemens NX/Teamcenter basics.
