Position Overview This position reports to: Business Operations Manager in the Project Automation - Energy Division in Mexico. Accountability & Work Model The work model for the role is: Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations. Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements. Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations. Responsibilities Lead the local management of all project execution activities within the area of responsibility. Ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. Coordinate and oversee team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. Qualifications Immersed working with Program and Project Operations Management and the Process Automation market. Five years of experience in Program and Project Operations Management working as Project Operations Manager with Process Automation technologies. Enhanced knowledge of Program and Project Operations Management. Passionate about leadership, people development, and strategic thinking. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Control and Automation, Electronics, Mechatronic, or related). Proven experience of Program and Project Operations in Process Automation technologies. Ease communicating in English.
