Overview Be part of a team that ensures quality and reliability across manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating, qualifying, monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving the test methods and equipment used in Manufacturing Organizations operations. Your work will directly support product performance, production efficiency, and overall manufacturing excellence. Job Duties Define, communicate, and track CMO requirements for the design, manufacturing, transportation, evaluation methods, and acceptance criteria of test equipment. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on test equipment, while providing technical support and guidance to test technicians to ensure timely issue resolution. Coordinate with the Test Lead to establish and execute preventive maintenance plans, including schedules, procedures, and spare parts management. Propose and develop improvements to existing test processes and equipment, as well as support the design of new test solutions aligned with product requirements, in collaboration with department leadership. Lead or support product transfers and New Product Introduction (NPI) of test equipment, ensuring compliance with yield targets, operational acceptance (OA), documentation, spare parts lists, and required training, under the guidance of the Test Lead. Contribute to the implementation and sustainment of ROE (Reliability, Operations, and Efficiency) initiatives within the electrical test department. Required Qualifications Fluent English (reading and writing proficiency required). 0–2+ years of experience in manufacturing, testing, or engineering environments (internships/co‑ops considered). Hands‑on familiarity with electronic test and measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic instruments (e.g., PXI systems, relays, multiplexing cards including RF and digital I/O). Basic to intermediate knowledge of test development tools and programming languages, including LabVIEW, TestStand, and/or C#. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze data, manage multiple tasks, and drive continuous improvement in day‑to‑day operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience or academic exposure to electronics manufacturing, testing environments, or related industrial applications. Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative to solve problems before being asked. Solid analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to gather information, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
