Role Overview As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional, real‑world experience. Responsibilities Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in‑depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth. Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data‑driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates. Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance. Plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement. Act as a key liaison in meetings with partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross‑team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects. Analyze and interpret store performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and support measurable results. Support the development of strategies to grow store sales and identify key actions to improve results. Qualifications Applicants are kindly requested to submit an English‑language resume. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with TikTok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand‑creator partnerships is a plus for TikTok. Requirements Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month long internship period.
