Maintenance Engineer We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for Yanfeng Seating, a worldwide leader in automotive seating. Responsibilities Develop, implement and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans of equipment and tooling. Handle troubleshooting of equipment failures, especially those with on-site downtime 15 minutes, and summarize experiences. Manage spare parts, formulate standards and purchase plans for spare parts and tools, and control inventory within a reasonable range. Standardize maintenance files, recording, statistics, analysis and archive equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, PLC program files, etc. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency. Configure maintenance personnel logically, assign maintenance and repair tasks as required. Participate in training and assessing the skills of maintenance personnel to improve efficiency. Organize and participate in commissioning and installation inspection of all facilities and equipment. Supervise and manage foreign construction workers’ work. Assistance in assessment of dangerous sources of production equipment and formulation of corresponding management plans. Supervise and inspect safety operations implementation to ensure equipment is in a safe production state. Adapt work to meet specific client requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronic. Experience in the automotive industry. Advanced English proficiency. Personnel Management experience at Technician and Engineer level.
