Not open to third party vendors Onsite Monday through Friday Tijuana Baja California Mexico (Must be able to speak English ) We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master with 2–3 years of experience to support Agile delivery for .NET and Microsoft 365 (M365) initiatives. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams while ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders in English. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Support Agile delivery for .NET and M365-based projects. Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies. Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement. Promote effective collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders. Ensure transparency using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals). Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Communicate clearly with global stakeholders in English. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks. Experience supporting .NET and/or Microsoft 365projects. Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub. Experience in enterprise IT environments. Exposure to automation, Power Platform, or digital transformation projects.
