Job Description Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. Job Responsibilities Sell Nobel's business unit products, and potentially sell products from other Envista business units if the company communicates this strategy. Visit existing clients (sell-in) and prospect for new clients. Visit end clients (dentists) and perform sell-out activities. Plan, organize, and conduct sales training sessions on Nobel's products and services to promote them. Actively participate in T&E events and/or trade shows and conferences by demonstrating, explaining, and selling products from your portfolio. Provide support, attention, creation, and management of T&E events. Define initiatives and strategies to generate opportunities for new clients, expand the market, and gain market share. Execute the visit plan/sales action plan and report visits and sales information in the company system. Propose process improvements and initiatives to enhance sales performance. Resolve problems in simple situations. Analyze potential solutions using technical expertise, judgment, and precedent. May require instruction, guidance, and direction from other coworkers and/or senior supervisors in your region. Follow company processes and policies. Prepare periodic reports.
