Head of Operations (AI-Driven Healthcare SaaS) A fast growing AI-native healthcare startup is looking for a highly strategic and execution oriented Head of Operations. This is a high impact leadership role for someone with strong operator DNA, startup intensity, and deep ownership mentality. The ideal candidate combines customer obsession, operational rigor, AI-first thinking, and the ability to build scalable systems in fast paced environments. Key Responsibilities Own the full post sale customer journey, from onboarding to long term customer success and retention. Lead and scale customer operations processes across multiple clinic accounts in LATAM. Build and optimize AI-driven operational workflows and automations to improve efficiency and scalability. Develop onboarding systems, health scoring frameworks, customer success playbooks, and operational KPIs. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements. Monitor customer health metrics, retention, onboarding speed, expansion opportunities, and operational performance. Build, mentor, and lead a high performing customer operations and customer success team. Ensure operational excellence and world class customer experience across all client interactions. Create scalable internal systems, reporting structures, and operational processes to support rapid company growth. Work directly with healthcare clinics and stakeholders across LATAM to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Ideal Profile 8–10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Healthcare Operations, or related fields. Strong experience in startups, high growth companies, or fast paced operational environments. Experience working with healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or operationally complex industries is a must. Proven experience leading customer facing operational teams and scaling processes. Strong analytical and operational mindset with deep ownership of KPIs and business outcomes. AI-first mentality with hands on experience using AI tools, automations, workflows, or operational systems. Comfortable operating with ambiguity, autonomy, and high accountability. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Spanish required. Willingness to travel regularly across LATAM. Must be based in Mexico City - Must be a founder or someone who joined and scaled a company (ideally a startup) from scratch.
